Jon is currently practicing as a physical therapist at ORS Physical Therapy in Belvidere, IL. He continues to enjoy running, cycling, and watching his kids play sports. His accomplishments include:

Arron Buck, PT, DPT
Arron Buck grew up in Rockford, IL, where he still resides today with his favorite girl Wynnie, his dog. His passion for sports, particularly baseball, fueled his drive to pursue a career in physical therapy. A left knee injury from his time as a catcher motivated him to explore the field of PT, ultimately leading him to his passion. He completed both his undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degrees at Carroll University, where he also played baseball.
Arron completed the Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) course in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022, further enhancing his expertise. With his personal sports experience and comprehensive education, he is committed to helping individuals recover and perform at their best.
Erin Thomas, PT, DPT
Erin Thomas is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at OrthoIllinois, where she has been helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life since 2019. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, before completing her DPT at Northern Illinois University. In 2021, she further enhanced her expertise by becoming certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN). Outside of her professional work, Erin is a proud mother to two young children, Eyla (3) and Rutledge[Rutt] (6 months), and enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She has a special interest in continuing education in manual therapy treatments and potentially pelvic floor therapy. She is deeply passionate about combining her education and experience to provide compassionate, personalized care to her patients.
